Agent Monday was on TV this week - here's why that matters for your business
On Thursday, I was invited onto Ryan Bridge Today to share advice for property buyers who might be feeling frustrated dealing with sellers who have high price expectations in the current market.

But I want to use this as a teaching moment - because this didn't happen by accident.
This is content marketing at work.
I wasn't cold-called by a TV producer out of the blue. Opportunities like this come to people who have been consistently showing up, sharing their knowledge, and positioning themselves as the go-to expert in their space.
When journalists and producers need a credible voice on real estate, they look for the people who are already talking about it. The ones with a point of view. The ones who have been putting their expertise out there, week after week.
That's the power of content marketing. Done consistently over time, it stops you chasing business - and starts business chasing you.
Here's the question worth asking yourself:
When someone in your area needs a trusted voice on real estate - a journalist, a neighbour, a potential seller - are you the person who comes to mind?
If not, that's something worth working on. And the good news is, it's simpler than you think.
Start with your email newsletter. Post something useful on social media this week. Share your knowledge. Do it again next week.
It compounds. Trust me.
