Embracing tech to increase your income
What is the market like in your area?
What aspects of the real estate journey are presenting the biggest challenges right now?
We'd love to hear from you. All feedback will stay confidential, but will help ensure our future tips and guides are as timely and useful as possible.
Our goal is to help you thrive and succeed in today's market environment.
On that note, I want to share some tips around a subject that often comes up when I visit real estate offices:
Technology Discomfort
Real estate is a gig where it pays to have a certain comfort level with tech. While it is still a face-to-face business at the end of the day, we can leverage our time and effectiveness by understanding and embracing tools that allow us to promote listings effectively, understand the local market and communicate with large numbers of potential clients.
For many salespeople though, the prevalence of tech in real estate becomes a daunting barrier to success. When we are surrounded by tools we don't yet understand, it's easy to get defensive and shut ourselves off from the possibility and potential those tools can bring to our business.
