Make Every Viewing Count: Tips for a Faster Sale
When you decide to sell your home, the way it presents during viewings can make or break your campaign. Buyers often make up their minds within minutes of stepping through the front door. First impressions count, and every detail matters. The good news? With the right preparation, you can maximise your chances of leaving a lasting impression.
Declutter and depersonalise
Buyers want to imagine themselves living in your home, not feel like they’re intruding into yours. Removing personal items such as family photos, memorabilia, and excess ornaments helps create a blank canvas. Keep surfaces clear, tidy up wardrobes and cupboards, and remove bulky furniture that makes spaces feel smaller than they are.
