1:1 coaching to get your pipeline full before the spring market arrives
Every year it plays out the same way.
The spring listings start hitting the portals in September. Suddenly everyone's busy, everyone's prospecting, and every owner thinking about selling has three agents in their living room within a fortnight.
The agents who win that season aren't the ones who work hardest in September. They're the ones who did the work in August, while everyone else was waiting for the market to warm up.
I've been in real estate for over 20 years as a salesperson, owner and coach, and I can tell you the pattern holds every single spring. The listings you win in October and November come from the conversations you start now.
That's what the Spring Sprint is for.
What it is
The Spring Sprint is a one-off, personal coaching engagement. You and me, one on one, working on your business from now until November.
This is not a course. There are no modules to fall behind on and no group calls where you sit on mute. It's four private sessions, written plans built specifically for your business, and direct access to me while you put it into action across the most important selling season of the year.
Here's how it runs:
Session 1: The Audit (early August, 90 minutes)
Before we meet, you'll complete a short pre-work questionnaire covering your numbers: your income goal, your last 10 sales and where they came from, your database, your current marketing. On the call we go through it together and diagnose exactly where your business is leaking opportunity. You'll leave with a one-page written audit summary, your weekly appraisal target (the only number that matters), and your top three priority moves.
Session 2: The Spring Plan (mid-August, 60 minutes)
We turn the audit into a written 90-day Spring Campaign Plan. Not a generic PDF, a plan built around your market, your database and the hours you actually have. It sits inside a full 12-month blueprint, so you know exactly what you're doing well beyond November.
Session 3: Mid-Sprint Check-in (late September, 60 minutes)
By now you're running the plan and the market is moving. We review what's working, fix what's slipping, and work through your live situations: the appraisal you're trying to convert, the vendor who won't meet the market, the listing presentation you've got on Thursday.
Session 4: Momentum (late October, 60 minutes)
We focus on converting your spring pipeline into signed listings and sales, and lock in the habits that carry you through to Christmas and into 2027.
What's included
Alongside our four sessions, you get:
Email access to me for the full sprint.
Stuck on a hard vendor conversation? About to send a letter to your farm area? Nervous about a listing presentation? Send it through and I'll come back to you within 48 hours with straight answers.
A personalised script pack.
After your audit, I'll pull the scripts from the Agent Monday library that match your specific weak spots, whether that's call reluctance, defending your commission, or appraisal follow-up. Not the whole library. The ones you need.
A written action summary after every session.
You'll never walk away from a call wondering what you agreed to do.
6 months of full Agent Vault access (value $294).
Every guide, template, article and letterbox drop in the library, so when your plan says "send this," the content is already written for you.
A pathway to Agent Elite.
If you finish the Sprint and want to keep working together, you can credit $500 toward an annual Elite membership within 30 days of your final session.
Who this is for
This is for salespeople who are serious about making this spring their best one yet, and who are willing to do the work between our calls. It suits you whether you're one year in and building momentum, or ten years in and tired of the rollercoaster.
It's not for you if you're winding down toward retirement, or if you're looking for someone to do the prospecting for you. A plan only works if you commit to it.
What I appreciate most is that he doesn’t just motivate - he gives tools, structure, and accountability that translate into real results. Every session leaves me focused and moving forward with purpose."

The investment
The Spring Sprint is $1,295 + gst as a one-off payment.
If the Sprint produces a single additional sale this spring, it has paid for itself many times over.
There are only 8 places available.
That's not a marketing line. This is genuine one-on-one time, and I'm only taking on the number of agents I can properly serve alongside my existing coaching clients. When the places are gone, they're gone until the next intake.
Sessions begin the week of August 10. Once you've secured your place, you'll receive your pre-work questionnaire and a booking link to lock in your first audit session.
Common questions
How much time do I need between sessions?
The plan we build will be sized to your available hours. Most agents find the sprint activities fit inside 3-5 focused hours per week, and much of it replaces things you're already doing, just done with more purpose.
I'm already an Agent Monday member. Does this replace my membership?
No, it builds on it. Your plan will show you how to get far more out of the content you already have access to.
What if I can't make a session time?
All sessions are online and booked around your diary. If something urgent comes up (this is real estate, it happens), we reschedule. Simple.
Can my office pay for this?
Yes, and many do. Email me directly to book your spot (andrew@agentmonday.co.nz). You'll receive a GST invoice on purchase. If your manager wants a quick chat before signing off, have them contact me directly (Andrew Duncan - 0274286686).
What happens after November?
You'll have a 12-month blueprint, a working weekly system, and the results of your spring campaign. If you want to keep the coaching going, the Agent Elite credit is there. If not, you'll have everything you need to keep running the plan yourself.
Spring rewards the prepared. Every year, without fail.
If you want to walk into September with a full pipeline and a plan you believe in, this is the time to start, and I'd love to work on it with you.
