Content Club 65 - Selling a home with unconsented improvements? Here's what you need to know

I have a feeling this is going to be a popular article. Many of you have asked for one on this subject and I'm excited to finally have it ready to go.

It tackles a common question potential owners will have months before they go on the market. And at the end of the day, that is the goal of our content marketing approach - to reach out and help owners long before they start thinking about interviewing real estate agents.

We want to be the first agent to add value to their sale process, by helping them solve problems and achieve a smooth sale at a great price. That way, you'll be in the box seat when they are trying to decide who to list with.

One note to consider: I have used terms like 'Council signoff' throughout this article. Feel free to change these to suit the lingo in your local market, or to make it more specific for your audience.
